Tour Itinerary Planning
Once I have received your completed Tour Enquiry Form, or email, then I can work out your personalised itinerary.

Transport options for Private individuals and small family groups:
In central London, we can walk, use public transport, black cabs or I can arrange a chauffeur driven vehicle.
Tours to outer areas of London, depending on location - by train, or chauffeur driven vehicle.

Transport for Groups:
It will be necessary to hire a mini bus or coach with a microphone. I will then work with the driver to conduct your tour. I work with a number of coach companies.

Tour Duration: 
Tours start and end in central London
Bookings are for either a half day (up to 4 hours) or a full day (up to 9 hours). 

My Guiding fees:
As all tours are bespoke for each client, my fees vary depending on the tours and itinerary created.

Deposit and Balance
Deposit - 50% is required in advance to confirm the booking.
Balance is due 30 days before the tour, or as otherwise agreed by mutual arrangement.

Payment -  
In pounds sterling or US dollars.
Methods : BACS or cheque  from within  the UK ,  International Bank Transfer
Paypal - an additional 5% is payable. Credit cards are not accepted.
All banking and transaction charges are payable by the client - so that the full amount invoiced is paid into my account.

Cancellation charges –.Cancellation charges effective from date of confirmed booking

Up to 45 days - 50% 44 – 20 days 75%  19 – 0 days 100% 

The client is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions upon receipt of the invoice.
Please remember your Travel Insurance which you should ensure covers you for unexpected cancellation.

Not Included - Additional Costs are:
Transport, entry tickets, sustenance and Gratuities.
